The session conducted by Mr Shahbaz Alibaig catered to the needs of public, private and NGO sectors. In any sector, there are altogether three things that must be adhered to in order to be a successful leader and an entrepreneur. In this session, the speaker recounted many of his personal acquaintances and professional experiences that he had with multiple organizations. He enumerated vision, core values and traction to be the three major steps that one must take in order to be successful.
